The Patented DEMARCO® VOLUMINOUS FORAMINOUS KINETIC SEPARATOR™ and Laterally Offset™ System is the key to our unequalled success and superiority in the industrial vacuuming market. Our DEMARCO® Vacuums are designed so that bulk solid materials and micron size particulates are substantially separated and removed before the airflow reaches our custom DEMARCO® MAXcartridge™ Filters. Intermittent and sequential reverse-pulse compressed air continuously cleans each DEMARCO® MAXcartridge™ Filter Cell during the vacuuming operation. This circuit and design ensures a longer work life for our custom DEMARCO® MAXcartridge™ Filters. This feature ultimately results in uninterrupted duty and extremely low maintenance expenses. There are DEMARCO® Vacuums operating in the industry that have not replaced filters in over 6 plus years. (References available upon request). Our DEMARCO® Vacuums do not utilize insufficient tubular, pocket or dished filter bags with cages that provide "high" air-to-cloth ratios which are all prone to high differentials and high maintenance and labor costs. Our units never exceed 5:1 air to cloth ratios, and filter housing stack velocities of 350 feet/minute.

(IV) ADVANTAGES OF custom DEMARCO® MAXcartridge™ Filters VERSUS BAG-TYPE FILTERS WITH CAGES
  • A DEMARCO® MAXcartridge™ Filter system with a surface area equal to bag-type filters with cage systems, requires a filtration housing that is a fraction of the size required for these bag-type filters.
  • The same filter housing size will result in much higher filter media surface area (approximately 5 to 10 times) when using DEMARCO® MAXcartridge™ Filters.
  • Our custom DEMARCO® MAXcartridge™ Filters are the latest pleated design technology with a heavy duty steel interior and end caps. DEMARCO® MAXcartridge™ Filters can be replaced within minutes. They can be accessed and replaced from the top or bottom or side of the DEMARCO® Vacuum System.
  • Each of the numerous bag type filters offered by competition, has a separate cage that holds a bag type filter in place. Each cage needs to be manually removed from the bag, and the new bag pulled over the cage. Filter replacement can take a long time to remove and replace.
  • Bag-type filter cages rust over time and need replacement. Furthermore, used cages often develop burrs and sharp edges that can cause premature filter failure.
  • DEMARCO® MAXcartridge™ Filters have been successfully proven over the last 22 plus years on the toughest materials, including frit, aluminum oxide, carbon black, chromium oxide, coal, lime, silica and zircon sand, and many more.

DeMarco® offers 4th Stage HEPA Filtration with efficiencies exceeding the specifications.  HEPA Filtration is available on all models.

Provides HEPA filtration efficiency, 99.99% of .33 micron, post stage.  Can be included on any DEMARCO® Vacuum System.

Near zero emissions that meet or exceed all emission standards

Option: High-Temp Filter is able to operate in extreme high temperature applications.  Other features available for the toughest applications.
